Our Pan-Seared Rib Eye has been called mammoth. People who’ve lived in L.A., San Francisco, New York and even the Midwest have raved that it’s the best they’ve ever had. For many, it’s a toss up between the Rib Eye, our New York or the Filet Mignon Au-Poivre. You won’t be disappointed with any since they’re all USDA prime and choice, seasoned with our signature marinade and cooked over mesquite charcoal.

Just because we’re known as a steakhouse, doesn’t mean you can’t get some of the freshest seafood in Vegas. It’s all sustainable which is great for the environment. We’d be remiss if we didn’t mention a few of our standout appetizers and sides. We have a jaw-dropping chopped salad — also the best in town. And our twice-baked potato is so rich, you just may have to limit yourself.
