With more than 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, plus two 1,000 square foot wedding chapels, we can host groups of up to 1,100. We have a fully staffed banquet/catering department plus state-of the-art audio/visual capabilities and high-speed wireless Internet connections. The Dallas Ballroom can host a sit-down dinner for up to 1,100 guests without dancing, and up to 800 guests with dancing. The built-in stage accommodates a 20-piece orchestra or a tiered head table for up to 50 guests.
The Houston Ballroom can accommodate an event for up to 200 guests. The ballroom breaks out into three individual rooms accommodating up to 60 guests each for a sit down dinner, and up to 80 guests for a stand-up cocktail reception. The Event Center's decor offers a warm, elegant and inviting color scheme that enhances any meeting or social event.
Our highly experienced and knowledgeable Catering Team can assist you in planning all the details of your event. From finding rare flowers for bouquets to creating menus that delight guests to arranging for photographers and entertainment, trust everything to our capable hands.
The Jasmine and the Magnolia Chapels can each accommodate 100 guests. Or, the two can be combined to the Amaryllis Chapel, which has accommodations for 200 guests. The bride and groom’s private areas feature all of the amenities to enhance your memories.
