Austins steakhouse at Texas Station is consistently rated one of the best steakhouses in Las Vegas, as well as across the country. Our superb food, outstanding value and incredible service have made us a favorite with the locals, but few people know about our extensive history. Austins original recipes and preparation methods have been handed down over generations, leading to authentic, incredible flavors. Don’t make the mistake of assuming that we’re just a steak restaurant, because we also serve up some of the freshest, tastiest and most exquisite seafood in Las Vegas. Our entire seafood menu is fully-sustainable as well, meaning that we’re as environmentally friendly as possible. We’d be remiss if we failed to mention a few of our standout appetizers and sides: our jaw-dropping chopped salad has made a huge splash, consistently rated the best in all of Las Vegas, but our twice-baked potato is another fan-favorite, so rich that you just may have to limit yourself from finishing the whole thing in one sitting.

Our Pan-Seared Rib Eye Steak has been called mammoth, and for good reason. Even visitors from Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and the Midwest rave that it’s the best steak they’ve ever had. What’s our best steak on the menu? For most visitors, it’s a toss-up between the Rib Eye, the New York, and the Filet Mignon Au-Poivre. To be honest, you can’t go wrong with any of these USDA prime and choice steaks, seasoned with our signature marinade and seared to perfection. In fact, you just might have to make three separate trips so you can try all three before deciding for yourself!
